Refund policy

At Tluxehairs, every piece is inspected before it leaves us. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair bundles, frontals, or closures once they have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Eligible for return/exchange:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence

    Non-returnable items:

    • Worn or used hair products
    • Items without original packaging
    • Sale items

    To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. Approved returns will be exchanged or credited — no cash refunds
