Our Commitment
Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the product has been opened or used. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order fairly and promptly.
Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, or bundles
- Items that have been washed, dyed, bleached, or heat-styled
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Custom or special orders
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page. Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
