Hair Care Guide

Your Tluxe Hairs extensions, wigs, and bundles are crafted from 100% human hair — the finest quality for a natural look and feel. With the right care, they will stay beautiful and last for years.

Washing Your Hair

• Wash every 1–2 weeks or when product build-up occurs
• Use a sulphate-free shampoo to preserve moisture and longevity
• Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing
• Wash in a downward motion — avoid scrubbing or tangling
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

Conditioning

• Always follow with a moisturising conditioner after every wash
• Use a deep conditioning treatment once a month for extra nourishment
• Leave conditioner on for 5–10 minutes before rinsing
• Apply a leave-in conditioner or hair serum after washing to lock in moisture

Drying

• Gently pat dry with a microfibre towel — avoid rubbing
• Allow to air dry whenever possible to minimise heat damage
• If using a blow dryer, use a heat protectant spray and keep it on a low/medium setting

Heat Styling

• Always apply a heat protectant before using any heat tools
• Keep flat irons and curling wands below 180°C (356°F)
• Avoid excessive heat styling to maintain the hair's natural lustre

Storing Your Hair

• Store wigs on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain shape
• Keep extensions in a silk or satin bag when not in use
• Store away from direct sunlight and humidity

Daily Maintenance

• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends
• Avoid sleeping with wet hair to prevent tangling and matting
• Use a silk or satin pillowcase or wrap hair in a silk scarf at night
